At Corten Steel Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural steel products. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unweathered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original crate or pallet to prevent damage during transit, as items showing signs of forced weathering or installation cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Postage

  Due to the weight of corten steel, we can arrange a specialized courier collection at your expense, or you may choose to ship the item back to our warehouse using your own tracked service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it is in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
